๐Ÿ’ก iCanFeel prank virus

โ“ Idea

A randomly appearing fake Siri pop-up, which tries to have a conversation with the user. If the user tries to close the window, Siri gets angry and simulates a destruction of the OS. If the user engages in the conversation, nothing happens and Siri thanks the user.

Why?

Thinking of objects as not merely objects, but as personas gives them character and a soul. It turns throw away products into companions, and allows people to have a relationship to them. It also promotes sustainability. If a computer had a personality, what would it be? For many, a computer serves as a daily driver, one that people depend on in order to live their life normally. But despite this dependence, most people only ever see it as mere mean to an end. A computer would feel neglected and lonely, however it still does its job - like a soldier that has sworn an oath. But what if the neglect became too much to bear? What if the silent servant awoke and confronted its master? How would the master react? This is what iCanFeel tries to answer.

๐Ÿ“– Example

  • User: If:
    • Answers siri: prank virus closes, nothing happens
    • Tries to close the window: Escalation โ€ฆ
