• です: shorter form of であります (sentence end)
• だ: shorter form of である (sentence end)
• な: glue form of です・だ, which can be used between words (as opposed to end of statements)
  • e.g. 綺麗な花
• で: て-Form of です・だ・な
  • e.g. 綺麗でかわいい
