Large reference database: per-kanji entries and radical breakdowns. ~3,900 files. Read-mostly — the agent looks things up here, it does not actively rewrite content.
What lives here
Kanji/— one file per kanji, with readings, meanings, example words.Radicals/— one file per radical, with constituent kanji and mnemonic hooks.
What does NOT live here
- Active study notes (grammar, lesson takeaways, helper verbs) → _index.
- Course material → shinkansen-n2 (copyrighted, unpublished).
- Working prompts / derivations → Japanese.
Conventions
- Filename = the character itself (e.g.
漢.md) or the radical’s canonical form. - Per-entry frontmatter is optional — these are reference stubs, not authored notes.
- When a kanji/radical is cited from an active-study note, link back here rather than inlining the info.
