  • enable embedding of more file types (embedding model supports that!); come up with a good compression approach so huge files get made smaller before embedding them…
  • add embedding process indicator (small spinner or similar in table next to item) and reflect that also in the api response etc so all clients have this information
  • rich presence multiplayer
  • Kumo — project hub; the design surface these todos extend (embedding pipeline § Tech Stack, multi-client surface § Product Shape, multi-member org § Orgs & Users).
