Cross-platform calendar app + naming “Karl” (2026-04-18)

thought: i should make my calendar ios app also available for macos/ipad os - but that requires some adjustments

also: naming “Karl” would be cool as a cal namet

Decisions

• Cross-platform scope — iOS primary; iPadOS + macOS planned but require layout adjustments (bigger canvas, pointer + keyboard affordances).
• Working name “Karl” — later superseded by “Hibi” on 2026-04-19 (2026-04-19-Calendar app named Hibi).
