Manual programming is going to become a pastime. High authority, explicit logic, beautiful architecture, you know exactly what the program is doing—an activity of high craftsmanship and artistic expression.

\“High authority\” programming (great expression, btw) might remain the standard for systems programming and things of similar hairiness.
My Notes / Thoughts: Also had this idea of like human made software, which could be like a stamp of quality in the future. However, I’m not sure if it will really take on because as opposed to human craft like a table that’s been made by human hand, not sure how that would manifest on software and if there is a genuine interest in that.
